Step 5 – Set your TV input source selector on the TV remote control to the appropriate AV input you just hooked up

Step 1 – Purchase Apple TV
Step 2 – Purchase an HDMI cable
Step 3 – Setup the Apple TV according to the included instructions

Step 5 – Turn on your TV Set your TV input source selector on the TV remote control to the appropriate HDMI input you just hooked up
Step 6 – If Home Sharing on your iPhone or iPad was disabled go ahead and re-enable the feature. Then, two quick press and releases of the button built into the border frame of your iPhone or iPad and a lite swipe right of the button menu will cause the Airplay symbol to appear.
