The ultra lightweight aspect of these attachments is kind of a good news/bad news situation. On the positive side, you won’t find yourself tiring out faster due to lugging around a lot of weight. The negative aspect is that it really takes away from the realism being that there is no weight to speak of when you are swinging your sword to smite your enemies or taking that chip shot to get your ball on the green and positioned for the perfect putt. To put it bluntly, they feel kind of cheap.

Still, as we have said already, they are actually quite durable. I mean, I’m fairly certain that if you stomped all over them, they would splinter into useless shards of plastic, but they hold up well to actual gameplay with no signs of wear and tear.

Making the set have only two cradles where the heads change out from accessory to accessory is acceptable, they change out rather easily and quickly, and you don’t have to worry about popping your controller out of one cradle and then securing it into the cradle of the next piece, so it actually saves a small amount of time in that aspect. Additionally, it makes the cost of production lower, which in turn keeps the cost of this kit lower, which is always a good thing.

The only real negative to this kit is, as mentioned, the lack of substantial weight makes for a less realistic experience, which you are obviously wanting a more realistic experience if you are getting this sort of accessory kit, but the fact that they are so lightweight is a positive in the fatigue category.

Your children aren’t going to really pay any mind to the lack of “real” weight to these, they are just going to see that they have a sword, gun, bow, golf club, etc. in their hands and love it.
